Families and businesses in Arizona are hurting to pay their monthly bills.   In an effort to survive, those same families are "right-sizing" their household expenses to secure roofs over their heads and food on their tables.  Arizonans are weathering their individual storms by returning or by adopting the basic principles of financial security!

Why is the government exempt from these sound,

time-tested principles?
